Tapestry needle big enough to use thread # 10.

Special stitches
Cluster: *Yo twice (bring the thread thru 2 loops on hook ) YO, repeat ( ), do not close, leave 2
loops on hook*, repeat from * to * twice, then close all loops on hook.
Beg shell: Ch 3, dc, ch 3, 2 dc.
Flowers ( shaded blue)
Ch 6, join with sl st to form a ring.
Ch 1, sc in ring, * ch 4, Cluster, * ch 3, sl st in top of cluster to make a picot, ch 4, sc in ring,
Repeat from * 5 more times, to last ch 4 join with sl st in first sc. Fasten Off.
Joining: use picot in top of cluster to joining flowers working ch 1, sl st in picot of next flower, ch 1,
sl st in top of Cluster ch 4, sc in ring and keep working flower following directions. Each flower have
six petals
(first Ch 3 count as first dc)
Attach white thread to
Rnd 1: Ch 1 sc in same St, *ch 11, sc in next picot, repeat around from * to beg, join with sl st to
first sc.
Rnd 2: Ch1 sc in same st, Ch 2, 14 dc in loop, ch 2, sc in next sc,, repeat around, join with sl st to
first dc.
Rnd 3: S l st in next 9 stitches, Ch 3, dc in same st, *ch 3, 2 dc in next dc, Ch 9, skip next 12 dc, 2 dc
in next dc, repeat from * to beg join with sl st to first dc.
Rnd 4: Sl st in next 2 sts, Beg shell, * Ch 7, picot in next ch 9 space, ch 7, shell, in next ch 3 space,
repeat from 8 to beg, join with sl st to Beg shell.
Rnd 5: Sl st in first 2 sts, Beg shell, * ch 5, shell in next picot, ch 5, in next shell space work (shell,
ch 3, 2 dc, all in same space), {Ch 5 shell in next shell in next picot, ch 5, shell in next shell } repeat
between { }, once, ch 5 picot in next shell, ch 5, repeat ( ) ch 5, shell in next picot, ch 5, shell in next
shell, repeat from * to beg, join with sl st.
Rnd 6: Sl st in next 2 sts, beg shell, *ch 5, shell in next shell, * {ch 5, shell in next shell space, ch 3,
shell in next ch 3 space}, (ch 5 shell in next shell space) repeat ( ) 4 times, repeat { } once, work 3
shell separated by ch 5 space, work the other side of the doily following same directions.
Rnd 7: Beg shell, ch 7, shell in next shell space, ch 7, (shell in next shell sp, ch 5, skip next ch 3
space, shell in next shell) Ch 7, make make 5 more shells separated by ch 7, repeat ( ), work other
side of the doily as first, following directions. Join with sl st to beg shell.
Rnd 8: Beg shell, *ch 5, coming from front to back goes over ch spaces of rounds 5 & 6 and make
Picot, on them, ch 5, shell in next shell, repeat around from * to beg, join with sl st to beg shell,
fasten off.
With yellow thread, use a tapestry needle, and sew coming from back of the flowers, make 2
stitches. happy crocheting.
